2023 - 2024

The Pre-Kindergarten Registration Packet for the 2023-2024 school year may be picked up at Central Administration Building, Buckley Carpenter Elementary School, LaGrange Moscow Elementary School, Oakland Elementary School, and Southwest Elementary School. The Registration Packet can also be found on our website
at www.fcsk12.net under the Parents/Students tab under Registration Information. The entire Registration Packet must be completed and the items listed on the checklist must be presented for copying when the Registration Packet is received. The Registration Packet may be returned to Central Administration Building, Buckley Carpenter Elementary School, LaGrange Moscow Elementary School, and Southwest Elementary School. Registration does not guarantee admittance into the program. If your child has special education needs, such as developmental delay or speech and language, please call (901)465-5260 extension 2223.

1. Certified Birth Certificate (Optional)
2. Three proofs of residence - One proof must be a deed or property statement, mortgage statement, rental agreement/lease, or Shared Residency Affidavit.
3. Social Security card (Optional)
4. Current Certificate of Immunization on the TN Department of Health form
5. Parent/Guardian proof of income
