Health/Safety Protocols and 4-day Instructional Model
Our strict health and safety protocols will continue to be in place when the four-day model begins that
include:
- Face mask requirements for all staff, students, and visitors
- Social distancing to the largest extent possible
- Frequent hand washing and sanitizing per CDC guidelines
- Limited student movement throughout each building
- Temperatures checks for all staff, students, and visitors upon arrival
- Water fountains closed
- Isolation room for sick students and staff
- Limiting visitors into schools
- Schools and buses cleaned and disinfected daily
- Excluding staff and students from the building who are in close contact with COVID-19 positive cases
- Eating meals in the classroom
- Avoiding large gatherings of students and staff
- Contact tracing in collaboration with local health department
We will transition from the hybrid model to the 4-day instructional model using the following timeline:
