1. Click OPEN FAMILY ACCESS on right hand side of screen.

 

  2. In middle of screen you see GO TO ONLINE REGISTRATION (YOUR CHILD’S NAME) in blue  writing.

 

  3. Your screen automatically goes to the first step.

 

  4. Please note that all steps are automatically listed on the right side of the  screen.

 

  5. You may have to click FULL SCREEN to read entire document.

 

  6. After completing document, click EXIT FULL SCREEN.

 

  7. If you desire to print each document for your own records, PRINT is on the top left hand side of the screen.

 

  8. Carefully read through each document, filling in spaces and pulling down fields where necessary.

 

  9. Exit FULL SCREEN when complete.

 

10. When finishing a step, click on the button at the bottom or the top that says COMPLETE. If a particular step does not apply to you, click COMPLETE to go to the next screen.

 

11. You can edit the document if needed by clicking EDIT STEP.

 

12. As each step is completed, a blue checkmark will appear at the top of the screen and on the right hand side.

 

13. Click on the following step.

 

14. If you do not complete a step, you may go back and complete it later.

 

15. The last step is COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION. Once you get to the last step, click COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION. It will take you to a completion page. Please click SUBMIT ONLINE REGISTRATION in center of the page.
