On Tuesday, October 6, 2026, FCPS hosted a school bus driver hiring event, and we're grateful to everyone who came out to learn more about driving for our students.

Thank you to Thelma Perry, Transportation and Maintenance Specialist, Leon Allen [Transportation Assistant], Board Members Becky Trimm, Merrel Miller, and James Curran, and more for being there to meet applicants and answer questions.

Missed it? We're still hiring. No bus experience is needed. FCPS trains you on everything, helps you get your permit, and gets you ready for the test. The process is simple: application, interview, background check, training, test.

Our kids need good people behind the wheel. If that's you, or someone you know, call 901-465-5265 or visit www.fcsk12.net
