Delegations must select only one individual to speak on their behalf unless otherwise determined by the board.” It also states that “individuals speaking to the Board shall address remarks to the chair and may direct questions to individual board members or staff members only upon approval of the chair. Each person speaking shall state his name, address, and subject of presentation. Remarks will be limited to fifteen (15) minutes per meeting (or 2-3 minutes per person) unless time is extended by the Board. The chair shall have the authority to terminate the remarks of any individual who is disruptive or does not adhere to Board rules.” The entire policy may be found here: https://4.files.edl.io/41b0/02/10/22/192812-0f6eed6f- 6fef-4d2f-8a95-a0479f4ef4f9.pdf.
