mostly excluding the superintendent because that's not in my contract uh even with these Cuts we will need to the county commission's help for a balanced budget okay yes sir just answer this I calculated a different way you've all seen this graph poor I'm showing it 3 at least 3 or 4 times and it comes to the same number we we we year after year have been declining enrollment and and the number that we need to offset this year is 3.4 million it gets worse in the outliers that's correct so we we and this is the enrollment chart you've seen me hold up we've got to reverse that that's our that's our ticket out of the out of the situation so I mean and it's going to be some tough Duty in the next year or 2 or 3 yes sir so as we look to the 2627 budget uh obviously the state mandates uh uh for us it would be 6% some people have it they already will pass it but us we're we're still way under uh we're going to talk to the County Commission asked them for additional bus buses were 155 this year they're supposed to be 165 next year uh something that has happened over several years is deferred maintenance uh we they they have basically run the failure in this District now it doesn't it's not anything that uh my key or the previous Mr key and the maintenance staff has done they didn't they were never given the money the last year was the first year that the they they gave an a good number to that amount and so as we are just trying to catch up so obviously we're going to talk and ask the uh uh ask the County Commission to help us uh with that maintenance capital outlay because we have to repair we have to uh put new things in uh you know units only air conditioned units only last so long so we're way past on doors and other things like that so those were 1 of the things We'll be asking the uh technology we haven't bought technology since Co and if you know about technology just how many people get a new phone every 2 years right okay well after a while the phones don't work as well well after a what 4 to 5 years guess what the computer's now our kids you know how gentle they are right they drop it they don't mean to it happens uh oh I just got water on it so just wear and tear on it will will will reduce the amount we have so we're going to be asking the County Commission for that amount of money and technology and then of course I've already mentioned about the bond assistance that's something that they do pay on our behalf but they don't give it to us in Revenue so what that means is is that it's it's every year it's been a 1.2 million hit to us okay as we move forward 1 of the things that I did my focus is uh I've always tried to put as many federal dollars into the schools okay not have it at central office have it at the school so my go goal is to make that transition to put as much money Federal money into the schools uh to and the whole purpose of the federal dollars as to what level the playing field so that's my goal is to do as much as we can with that obviously uh we're trying to do other things too uh for several years this district has had 4 bus routes we pick up our first child sometimes about 5 10 in the morning and they go the route they drop them off and they come back at 6:45 and pick up the brother or sister at the same place the amount of money in in fuel and wear and tear we've got to do it differently my goal I've been working with Mr key and I have been riding him hard as in the Technology Group and and kudos to Mr Merrill uh I'd hadn't had the time he stepped in with the Athena and that's a that's a project or program that's actually going to help us the routing software so my ultimate goal next year in essence to have 1 bail schedule now it all will drop off at 1 time at high school 1 time at the middle 1 time at the elementary but it'll be within a 10 to 15 minute range that's that will be my goal for next year and then of course also uh due to the due to the uh litigation that we have additional funding uh for Legal Services okay so when we look at this uh I'm asking the board I I'll tell you what we're going to do here in a second but this is what my proposal is because again guys we we have to come up with 3.4 million plus a pay raise we don't have the money so the only thing that we can do is to reduce Personnel we don't have any other choice so my recommendation to the committee if they prove that go to the board is that we have approximately 7 nurses now we we we we try to go to 5 which will be a reproduction of 2 counselors we have 8 we're going to go to 5 reduction of 3 uh cab employees uh we're uh in the uh 40 42 uh we're going to reduce my recommendation Reduce by 12 to be 30 or under uh security we have 13 across the district my recommendations to drop that by 3 to 10 CS we have 26 across the district my recommendation will be go to 18 so that's a loss of 8 okay uh we're going to continue to have Pre-K but obviously we can't fund the even Pre-K is a 70-30 split but even with 30% of the amount of money we can't continue to do the exact the numbers that we've done in the past so that'll be a loss of of 7 pre teachers 7 assists and transportation they will lose uh a uh secretary maintenance will lose a maintenance worker uh assistant principal 1 but just to let you know actually I'm sorry that's wrong uh we're probably going to uh reconfigure and we might actually lose 2 or 3 across the district okay sorry about that that was no mistake uh 1 of the proposals that I'm going to recommend is that we take we'll still use J we'll still use Jefferson for a professional development and for certain things working with students but we will actually uh split jlc into uh the reach program will be at housed at the Career Tech and then the uh the alternative school part will be on a a separate Wing at East uh what does that do for us that uh saves us a jlc director uh we're looking at 3 teachers a loss at F where High School uh they had a large number last year or so just 3 this year uh fate wear at the career center uh we're going to we're having to look at a loss of 7 and what we're doing there is we're actually trying to do everything we can to my 3 is either be employed enrolled or enlisted and so what we're trying to do here is is trying to set things up so that even though we have to lose people we're going to be working in conjunction with tcat and we're going to work we've already been working with UT Martin uh Summerville but we're going increases offerings because everybody that wants to wants to do a career path I want them in a career path and that you know what they also can get college credit and it's painful and the same exact way I want to increase the offerings with UT Martin uh Somerville to get more students college credit so when they leave and graduate from high school they can have almost 24 credits 24 guys that's so yes does it mean that we have to reconfigure yes and I will do a full board presentation uh hopefully in May with that uh East Junior High has lost it consider enrollment last year they were the same they were funded the same as West and East West has a well over 100 but probably even more than that so we we lose 6s there the grains will lose 1 of Buffalo Carpenter is 1 okay Financial secretary we have a several across the district uh we're going to go from uh 7 to 5 is that correct okay and then data clerks uh we have 7 and we're going to go to 5 and a half which is a loss of 1.5 okay so my recommendation due to decreased enrollment in the district over the last 3 decades and again it's 3 decades if you go back to 1989 we had just under 4700 students and each year except for a couple years it's gone down last 2 years ago was 2900 last year of 2600 this year I think at the last poll was 24/28 it can fluctuate a little bit 24/28 24/50 but due to that resulting loss of revenues uh according to the state law recommend the board take steps to reduce eliminate license and non-licensed positions within the system and to reduce payroll and minimize indoor eliminate budgetary shortfalls the other part of the recommendation is to uh uh on this is to uh to eliminate this due increased enrollment uh which results in loss of Revenue Associated there with hence the reduction in force request and when we look at this uh this is at least 67.5 units districtwide now do I want to get rid 1 of them I don't but if we don't we can't even make it to our number and even with that we still have to have have help from the County Commission so you have my recommendations Mr Mr chairman yeah well a question I mean I I've had the opportunity to study this for the last 2 days so I don't have much questions do you have any no I don't have any I don't have any questions you know this will be go before the full board for discussion so I will table that till then so so I move that we accept your recommendations second all in favor I I motion passes or after that oh the only update that I have is Miss Elliot all stopinj right including career ladder and that's going to be paying medic correct we've been putting them on the stickies putting them on the uh every week or every 2 couple of weeks we let every every person know in the district but sometimes people don't read everything but in May is when come on up I just want to make sure that everyone understands that so the initial goal was to pay those out on May 1st however um our federal funds you know we do the reimbursements so our reimbursements are kind of trickling in a little bit slower than we would have wanted so because of that some of those um a lot of the funds are being Grant funds that we will be getting and we want to make sure that we can always do regular payroll that's always my goal to make your regular payroll is done first so as a up we had to push back when we would do all siphons but it will be in May yeah this not a good situation but we are we are where we are and um appreciate your leadership again and and and um and the opportunity to review your contractor this whole thing and yikes um okay I bit more time uh police week for the nation is May 5th this here um last year we awarded 1 of them with a plaque his name on it s o the year was pretty nice uh they went through a different process where they had the students pick it um Dr Mack if you could make that happen again if you need don't have enough time to have the students pick and you just want to have the principles recommend their folks and you just make a decision on your own a little more than happy to yes sir okay and uh we'll present that at the next I guess May May 5th be May 7th May 7th May 7th board meeting and I'll coordinate with uh Lieutenant goodreau to have the sros present great thank you so much okay um all in favor or uh any discussion on this award I have nothing okay uh can I get a motion to have it approved or moved over to the full board make a motion that we approve the SRO board all right we have an approve uh motion and a second all in favor uh uh Dr Mack any updates for us uh no sir we do have a security grant that we're working on uh and obviously it's some upgrades to some uh um a lot of different things they're not big things but a lot of minor comes from that standpoint so we're approval of the agenda motion to approve second okay all in favor I and updates has anyone have updates uh besides me no uh we've been uh looking at the uh textbook adoption so we'll just go straight to that and uh but we had an agreement with uh Mr Keel to have uh members of the textbook selection committee come to speak to us as uh Miss Shields here no and uh then miss uh Christian uh Miss Christians supposed to be here uh the only thing is is her father's birthday is today and so she was trying to make it back so just that was the issue there but I can I can go why why don't you just go over what you okay I'll I'll just go over a brief on it uh we had uh what we're looking at is CTE and uh life uh health uh textbooks the lifetime Wellness That was supposed to be presented by Miss Shields um is involving basic basically these uh textbooks uh and the ones that are in the uh room at the other end uh forget what the darn title room is has has any of you either of you had a chance to go and take a look at those okay there's there's ones on welding and uh programming and a variety of topics like that that they have gone over I uh did meet with them a week ago they had made decisions uh on a selections on what textbooks to choose and essentially uh okay the the process first of course is that the the the every course that we have is supposed to be based on the state standards and in discussing with the participants in the Committees that were choosing this whether it was welding or the other subjects they had made a choice uh of the textbooks and they were going to give me the titles now but for instance on the Health Smart right now for the um student workbooks and and uh and textbooks basically they're they're consumables they have um content that is reuse usable the uh budget that Mr Keel had uh presented to me at that time is the best 1 that is possible uh given uh but the materials they are going to be using them for uh they corresponded basically to the state standards and um a little disappointed in their not having actual presentation here at the point of time that we were discussing these uh last week it appeared to me that they had made a good choice but they were going to be giving me the details here uh I had questions set up for them um for instance in this textbook here where we're going to be talking about on the Health Smart emotional and mental health uh the textbooks and the things that are supposed to be discussed in the state standards correspond with each other and I was going to ask for uh approval of what they were presenting today however without their uh information I don't know if it's fair to you to ask for approval of the textbooks that they have well I can select over that if you would like if you would do that that would cover it yes sir yes sir uh first off under lifetime Wellness uh obviously the background of the committee is composed of different uh teachers administrators things of that nature uh uh central office and uh the uh committees were approved officer by the board out of the spring and the 2 committees were lifetime wellness and CTE so uh they as they looked at that they're they estimated the cost for 175 consumables per year and resources for for teachers 1 year was a little over 4 4500 and for 4 years it was 18,000 so the full adoption for 8 years was uh 36,000 for that lifetime Wellness 1 yes okay uh the second 1 under CTE the internal committee recommends a web design foundations uh principles of uh Machinery 1 introduction to uh maintenance uh Robotics and automated systems uh engineering design 1 and stem 1 and of course that uh stem uh 2 is a ceb multimedia stem 3 is cev multimedia uh stem explorers is the same thing as well as an Innovations and Designs The committee made of the following recommendations for courses where they'll be more than 1 title consideration and it's everything from computer science to coding to cyber security uh then obviously welding and engineering and Technology and Engineering design uh currently uh the most urgent purchases are the 2 freshman level CTE courses they're taken by most or all the students uh computer science and foundation and principles engineering technology which is required uh by the uh by the state and that's a 175 copies for 8 which is 34,000 and 1 year for a license is 37.50 so it's a recommendation of the superintendent of the board of dies textbooks is listed above and graph the superintendent to purchase textbooks uh for the schedule e course is at the budget allows all right no I have gone through uh in uh rather shallow compared to that uh view of the technology ones and the lifetime wellness and I personally uh I feel that they are uh the appropriate things to go for so given the information you've uh added that was supposed to be provided otherwise well just to let you know Miss Christian I just mentioned that she she had a uh a birthday so miss Christian would you like to come and add anything else yeah come up you thank you I didn't see you come in based on our review with the um textbook committee um a couple of the books um we currently use and we felt like that they actually aligned with the standards very well pretty easy to read um when it comes to the student and um the cyber security 1 that we select which was the um code HS we felt like it was a more diverse PL form as well other than what you've already stated I don't have any um anything else um we actually selected the books based on how student friendly they were and how the books actually breaks down and uh correlate with the standards all right now and that what what I had asked when we were uh talking earlier uh the things that you thought were Superior in the text that you looked at as compared to its competition that's correct um a couple of the books were like online only um and there were a couple of the books that were online and textbook friendly and we felt like a little bit of both would be mhm all right and then there anything in the textbooks that that uh are better but are still maybe a problem that you I think you didn't have any no we did not and uh so thank you very much you're welcome um The Wellness was similarly uh approved of and thank you Miss Christian yes thank you very much and and uh thanks for getting here uh given that extra information I I would like to uh call for a uh a motion to approve as they have selected a motion to approve of this elected we have a second second all right is there any discussion from your point of view and if not uh call for the question uh all who approve say I I and that is what we need any other issues you would like to raise and if not I could call for an adjournment know still all Secretary please call roll here Mr here a motion to approve the agenda I'm a second move second all in favor all right starting with the mandated changes that have come down through the legislature lately we're going to deal first with uh policy 1.404 dealing with Appeals to an appearances before the board the state is mandated that um it's there in the uh in your packet a local governing body shell for each public meeting reserve a period for public comment to provide the public the opportunity to on matters that are Germaine to the items on the agenda for the meeting and on any matter that is draining to the jurisdiction of the local body regardless of whether such matter is an item on the agenda so we need change your policy now we just did it recently um let me back up a moment is there a motion to hear let's just do it this way all it's such a motion to hear the and discuss all the policies we've got some some motion so so moved seconded all right all in favor I I that way we can just dispense the formalities we're going to discuss each of these and get right into discussion all right um as I was saying we had just discussed this policy recently and we need to change uh the policy to include uh if you're looking at your um document online 17 comments shall be limited to topics listed on the agenda and matters that are draining to the school board's jurisdiction it's got some highlights in there we already have our policies stating that we afford 15 minutes of public time that they're limited to 3 3 minutes per person and then also we also already have the policy by adding an item to the agenda is there any further discussion or any way that we want to further change that policy I'm content with what we have all right the only thing I would add is that uh it doesn't tell us when so we can set it up I've been talking to other superintendents they set it up sometimes at the very end of the meeting so that we go through the entire business and at the very end they have an opportunity so that's something for us to think we actually if I'm not mistaken correct me if I'm wrong I think that's what they do next door I think that would be correct yes sir um do we want to add a wording as such is there that's just a that's just a procedure change I don't think you need that but it's your discretion well as a question on that um people like to make their comments and then go away uh this is a way to make them endure everything we have to say first uh what do you think of that but it also gives them the opportunity to present a comment based upon what we've discussed yes in that meeting so there's the pro there's pros and cons to doing it either way yeah Dr man are you saying then that no requirement for it to be written out in the policy we can just yes yes my recommendation would be to leave it as it is seconded um a motion to send this on with the uh red lettering that is there on line 17 and matters that are Germaine to the school board sir it's a motion to send that on to the full board so moved is there a second second uh further discussion oh well we already did that um if I can add 1 other comment though I had thought corrected myself anyway okay so we'll send this on to the uh for the next to the board for full re for full oh I remember do we want to do this under emergency procedures so that way it's in place is that something and Dr Mack that would probably be totally okay we'll do that okay continuing on policy 2.400 regarding revenues the state is um due to the federal government's decision to discontinue production of pennies basically the state uh the general assembly level uh passed a law saying that we have to put in our policy how we're going to deal with pennies and whether they're going to how it's going to be rounded up so the sample was um Dr Mac on that uh page 2 line 7 approved District staff may utilize do we have a vendor uh we down at the moment okay but do do we accept electronic uh transactions we're we're we're actually giving those do AC deposits and payments now okay yes sir okay um the next on line 20 it does point out processing fees for these traction transactions and we need to collect that we shall charge for the transactions of the people or shall not and so we need to put into our policy whether we're going to charge the uh whoever sending the transaction to us or shall not charge them for that fee that's correct what is the recommendation of the committee Mr rounds do you have a recommendation no I do not Mr Farren exactly what's at play here well the bottom line is as we know and we see in a lot of places restaurants have started tacking on the credit card fee to their patrons so that they don't have to pay it it's that that's basically equivalent for us what we're doing are we going to pass on the processing fee for the electronic any electronic fees that we incur are we going to pass that on to the person making a payment or are we going to absorb that Dr Matthew go ahead fair and in this document my period what was throwing me off is approved District staff may utilize these electronic transactions so are we is the question at hand are we going to charge our staff the no sir what that is is it for example if they travel in in the in the past we've been sending checks out to them this will change where there you know we're actually you know doing an AC to end of their bank account so which is obviously a from that standpoint and my only comment would be is that I in my opinion that we should only charge if we're charged and that's my opinion okay it's our recommendation and I believe that to the full board to do h at this point I'm Adam I think we ultimately do leave that to the full board and I would just add on that uh I know that we can charge a sir charge for credit cards but we we do not have that same capability on debit or AC transactions though those amounts cannot be we could do a fee like but I would have to stay consistent with that fee is regardless of the dollar amount so we'll just we'll pass it on with the with the board to make the decision kind of continuing on I approve it then uh policy 6 of um we're going to skip because of the order that it's in on the computer uh policy 5.310 vacations and holidays uh in the in the sample coming down from the state they're changing Memorial Day uh striking 11 and 12 month employees and listing as the actual work they say works the memorial day would be a paid holiday for correct me if I'm wrong Dr Mac employees who work 220 240 or 255 days correct that's correct hello this is just clean up because it says 11 12 month or 12 month is you know for the people at the high school there miss Massie says she's 12 months well she's only 240 days at central office we're more right and we're still 12 months so we're just trying to get an actual days to get away from months it's it's it's kind of Mis misconstrue okay so the clean up I don't I don't know if it's on the on the screen or not but the clean up is Memorial Day will Now list 2224255 days employees Juneteenth would be for only 240 255 day employees Independence Day for 255 de employees only and then Veterans Day this 1 won't take effect until the 2728 school year and that's for 2224255 day employees and then unpaid holidays for all it adds this caveat unpaid holidays for all employees except 2224259 day employees of the district are Veterans Day all right and then down into vacations on the uh line number 29 and 30 uh central office they will earn earning a crew vacation as follows it deletes the line after 1 full year so that correct me if I'm wrong that means that they will actually start a crewing at date of hire know actually after 90 days probation the problem is though is it was changed few years ago so you know poor Mr Kill who been with the district several years came back he he couldn't even be off unless he was sick you know for an entire year and I just don't think that's the right thing to do I mean I think you once you pass probationary you should acrew monthly and then once you get to obviously your full year then it's going to be you'll be you'll be you'll have those and they'll continue to occur so it's the committee good was sending this on to the full board well uh I do have 1 other question on that on 5. 3 1 0 actually on the document online we might be awful man I you know we've been kind of busy with budgets and so we so so they probably need to be corrected but other than that uh that's fine okay with moving it on all right and then the final 1 that we are required to look at 46 46411 student wellness um the March policy what was 0411 6.411 yes yeah all right uh regarding basically it was regarding fund School sponsored fundraisers Do we have many of those Dr Max um we have some yes sir okay yes sir and we try to obviously on the fundraisers and that's 1 of the things that uh hopefully this summer we're going to look at a committee on that uh to see see what's best but yes sir when we have those fundraisers we obviously want to do our best that we can we we have so many days that we're allowed to to sell uh you know after lunch and things like that so we limit those to a certain number and Miss plunk is wonderful to work with but it is an opportunity for our schools to to to to make some raise money because you know with our budget situation in the past just the district paper everything well if you've our our budget presentation we can't afford to do that right um my uh the 1 thing that they the state it's recommending that we including special exemptions for infrequent School sponsored fundraisers Do we have any language that representing uh no sir just what so we really we don't even need that line there so we'll with the board with the committee's recommendation for the full board we'll leave 6.411 as it is from the state template and then eliminate the um highlight on page 2 line 11 or committee members I'm good with that good I'm okay all right all right continuing on uh alternate education 6.319 I got confused a little when I read it first but it seems okay actually the gist of it is is that uh people are placed in uh say an alternative school uh if they don't show up they just haven't been made to make it up and so I'm like well you just can't you can't wait out the clock guys if you have mandatory uh time there you need to make that time up so if you're not there and we don't have an excuse to absence you we we'll add those days back well and I I do notice that I did notice that there is 1 that they are moving it down from 7th grade to include sixth grade as well that's correct because in the previous policy was 7 through 12 and and we're now 6 to 12 when it comes to alternative education so uh with the committee's recommendation will will move on to full board the um red lettered highlights attendance is mandatory in the excuse absent must be made up via the alternative school or program cancellation for students attending a non-traditional school or program shall be the responsibility of the parent legal guardian unless otherwise required by students IEP or federal or state law availability of staff and spatially determined at the time of the disciplinary decision is rendered director of schools designation shall make the determination by evaluating factors including but not limited to the following are the is the New Edition all right we'll move that on to the full board board with our recommendation to approve it all right moving on to our second reading um we have already discussed all of these and approved them from the first reading from last full board um including the recommendations that the state they looked at it looks like um on 4.52 parent and family engagement the state came back I do not think this will be an issue to keep in mind that the current language reflects the requirements of 20 USC 6318 subsection a to D1 loss specifically States the annual evaluation and requires the district to identify barriers with particular attention to parents who are economically disadvantaged disabled have limited English proficiency have limited literacy or of any racial or ethnic minority background if you change the language suggesting clear procedure so they're saying that we need to go with what but we didn't have yeah on okay okay continuing on Mr Fair something when you say we need to stick with what's there the um recommendation that is in the blue that was the original change recommended by the state density State Board of Education so give me a thumb off on this but I thought that they said they didn't see an issue with the change just make it clear if we do anything different we need to make sure it's very clear what what what we're delineating okay so under the second readings uh there were several of them that had the same problem before they referred to a particular line but it was on a different line so and I'll Trust uh Madam Secretary and our wonderful superintendent to make those adjustments Miss Miss marks starts sorry okay to the red are his comments perfect thank you for that so it looks like with the blue they're looking good let's go on continue on down through that um stories looking through all the rest of the second reading are we good with the comments that came back from the state board attorney I'm content all right so we will go ahead and with a favorable recommendation send on the the um second reading for final for second reading and final approval all right let's see how quickly we can get through our first reading I can there's 20 no but yeah it's 1 30 policies let's go through them quickly uh don't count on me to help well we're going to still try and move through it um but I do want again um I think the people that are still watching uh it's I feel it's important that we do at least give you the title of each of the policies that we're dealing with so that way you know what it is and you can if you so inclined go to scsk12.org section by this month uh 5.10 fat County Board of Education Personnel goals there were no recommendations made are there any comments on on 5 once they're there I'm going to start my at the beginning 5.10 uh it mentions organization charts and um uh Dr Mack and I have talked about this several times I'm still not totally content that he said that they'll after May 7th we will have 1 that'll be reasonable uh more comments on that yes sir you know obviously with all the changes and the budget situation uh we could have done 1 but then we're going to turn around and revamp it so I thought well the best thing to do is not not spend the time for that once we're finished the board approves then I will uh I will unveil the the new org chart for the board and and of course that goes to uh execution of the policy instead of just what the content is I think the content is fine well I'm going to bring us back around I don't see anything on 51000 regarding charts on personal oh no I was and I was wrong it was 5.101 yes so 5.13 good with yes Mr Ferran I'll have a recommendation so much I guess this would be a point of inquiry um but as I was reading through these I realized that there's there's quite a bit of things are in conflict with each other and so for example number 3 on this 1 to set goals for educator diversity that take into consideration the diversity of the student population I see that that's a a Tennessee but then I also see a few on the next 1 on the Equal Opportunity Employment we are only going to give regard to qualifications so I'd like clarification from I guess the Tennessee Board of Education which 1 is prominent and and furthermore if we're setting goals for educator diversity that take into consideration the diversity of the student population are you saying that we need to hire a diverse different from the student population educator or are you saying higher the same colored person be it's it's all nonsense to me I saw the same thing but uh thank you so there's always uh depending on the policy there's always a the angle that it was written with yesterday if I could make the recommendation this far and if you will give that list to secretary and Dr Mack and then they can run it by attorney absolutely okay um so we're on 5.101 we're on 5101 now okay I I had 2 uh crazy questions on that actually uh page uh 1 line 3 says are expected to that should be shall page 1 line 3 all personal or expected to keep but it's it should be shown again another 1 that will run up the poll with attorney Torres okay and on page 1 line 7 shall have the right it is they do have the right and we'll run that up with the attorney are there any other discussions on 1 of 5.101 all right continue on to 5102 classification and qualifications there were no recommendations that came down so unless the committee has some uh changes we can move that on evaluation and performance a a performance in the effectiveness must be a cooperative and shared Endeavor on the part of the director's schools and administrative supervisor personnel gives a good the person shall have the right to challenge it where would you insert that language at and I was saying probably at the end of the third page there's analysis of 2 pages mhm there's only 2 pages on 5. 1 1 8 at the end yeah because something that I have in ten years ago that can be a different person but we still ask them about it what a vendor do we use for our background checks uh is it uh was since the beer investigation and I think it's the was the rat back I use that as well but it's through its through TBI right just yeah I would make the recommendation if you Mr rounds if you would board that language on to Dr Mack and start I would recommend it be put somewhere in the applicants and employees section I think that's where it's most applicable okay any further discussion on 5.118
