Recently we have installed salad bars in the High School as well as introduced them to the Middle Schools.  We are currently working towards installing salad bars into the elementary schools.  We spend hours keeping the menus in compliance with the USDA School Nutrition Meal Patterns.  This year we will be implementing low sodium meals.
