Fayette County Schools Office of Attendance and Records is responsible for the permanent archiving of student cumulative records of former students. Cumulative records are maintained for students who attended FCS from the 1930's to present day. Records for each school the student attended may include a listing of classes completed, grades, test scores, immunization records and graduation status.
 
  • All request for students records or information will need to be submitted to Student Services Office at 901-465-5268. Processing time will take approximately 48 hours.
 
  • If you are a government agency, please contact the Records office by calling 901-465-5268 to obtain information on your request.
 
  • All request will be checked for accuracy.  Any inaccurate information may result in your records not being processed.

Record request can be made by fax or mail.
